Terms and Conditions
- Hotel rates are subjected to revision as and when the government taxes and levies are revised or when respective hotel management revise rates due to currency fluctuations experienced at given times.
- Bars, clubs or similar entertainment is not allowed during POYA DAYS (Full Moon Days). Liquor and other alcoholic beverages will not be served in public areas or inside the hotel during that time.
- The above mentioned hotels will only be confirmed on the availability at the time of reservation. In an event the hotel is full or not available, suitable alternatives will be suggested prior to confirmation of the reservation.
- Check-In Time 1400h and Check-Out Time 12 noon (1200h)
Payment Policy
- Please note that the hotel requires a 50% advance payment on confirmation at the point of reservation and the balance amount is charged on arrival at the location. Alternatively, the full payment can be paid at the point of reservation as your discretion.
- Any bank charges and currency levies should be borne by the client.

Amendments and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of Booking is possible by sending an email to fioritours21@gmail.com. However, this will be accepted according to the below cancellation policy and bank charges. Cancellation of reservations will not be accepted within 14 days prior to the commencement of the tour date. This may vary based on the hotel cancellation policy and the period of reservation.
- Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation informed within 31 days prior to arrival will be accepted for a full refund.
- Cancellation informed within 15 days - 31 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the advanced payment and the balance will be refunded.
- Cancellations informed less than 15 days prior to arrival will be charged in full and no refund will be made.
- Please note our cancellation policy may vary during peak periods due to high demand. (Peak periods are July - August & December - February)
